Before: The upper jawbone, cheekbones, and temporal bones were all spread apart in reference to the nose. The lower jawbone was twisted to the left and slacking down, making the whole face look large and long. After: The upper jawbone, cheekbones, and temporal bones were brought inward, creating a smooth and more voluminous face. The lower jawbone was returned to its original position, making the face look shorter and more balanced.
