Before: The lower jawbone was better-developed on the left side and the right cheek was slacking down, making the face look asymmetrical. After: The left side of the lower jawbone, which was further spread apart, was brought closer and lifted up. The spread-apart and slacking cheek was also lifted up. The client was also concerned with the length of her nose, and so we shortened the nose by pushing the upper jawbone upward. As a result, the overall symmetry was restored and the middle length was reduced, creating a facial perfect ratio.
