Before – The client had wide and flat facial shape. The center of the face, upper jawbone (upper gum bone) connected by zygomatico facial foreman (cheekbone), were spread widely apart. The masticatory muscles (jaw muscles) were tightly contracted and lower jawbone (chin bone) widely spread apart into a squared jaw. After – Through care the overall facial shape helped to become better defined. The widely spread apart zygomatico facial foremen (cheekbone) that spread widely apart through gravitational force, were narrowed with care and masticatory muscles (jaw muscles) smoothed to make the lower jawbone slimmer and v-lined.
