Before – The client’s cheekbones, frontal bone and lower jawbones were widely spread apart, thus, making the face look wide and asymmetrical. The left cheekbone and lower jawbone were especially lower than the right and the right cheekbone was protruding forward; while the left lower jawbone was spread outward making the face look squared. During care – The care helped lift the sagging left zygomatico and lower jawbones. In order to narrow the cheekbones, the care brought together the upper jawbones and temporal bones while pushing backward the protruding right cheekbone. This helped to narrow the widened and squared left lower jawbone. After – The care correctly relocated the sagging left lower jawbone and zygomatico bones to its original location. The cheekbones, after care, have volume and are symmetrical as the left cheekbone narrowed and the protruding right cheekbone pushed back. The care also left lower jawbone inward, narrowing the space, making the jaw line smoother, symmetrical, into a rounded facial shape.
