Before: The occipital bone was compact and the forehead was tilted backward. The eyes were irregularly positioned. The temporal bones, cheekbones, and upper jawbone were spread apart. The face looked large and dull with grayish skin. Bone therapy was provided to bring the occipital bone lower and return the bones to their original positions.
