Before The client’s frontal bone was pushed backwards, toward the back; and the cheek temporal bones were spread apart. The lower jaw was rolled inward, making the chin line less defined. There was also relatively much flesh on the cheeks. After The frontal bone and the cheek temporal bones were brought together center the forehead, make it narrower and rounded. The excess fat around the cheeks were removed and the position of the lower jaw was corrected to make a sleek chin line and better defined facial features.
