The first plaster model was made before the first session. Before: The whole face is large and has a lot of flesh. (double chin flesh and cheek flesh) The cheeks, the side cheeks, and the chin were wide. After 16 sessions: The whole face looks smaller with less flesh. The front cheeks were brought together for a more voluminous look. The side cheeks became narrower and the chin line became slimmer.
