Before: The whole face was wide and round. The upper jawbone was particularly spread apart and the cheeks were protruding sideways. The lower jawbone was rounded and there was severe edema on the face. After: We made the whole face smaller. The upper jawbone was brought closer and lifted up. The cheeks were brought closer toward the pupils. The lower jawbone was made slimmer to create a more oval and sculptural look of the face. Lymph care was provided to remove the edema and make the face slimmer.
