Before: The chin was angled, and the face was flat. The client wanted reduction of the overall face size. After: Along with reduction of the whole face, the masticatory muscles which hold the jaws were relaxed for a smoother chin line. The spread-apart cheeks were brought together for a more sculptural look of the face.
