I had my first baby face therapy on 25 June. 2 hours after the therapy I started to experience headache and giddiness. This increased in intensity over the next few days. I also felt extreme lethargy and had difficulty closing my mouth properly, with a sense of misalignment of jaw. By day 4, I started experiencing jaw pain with difficulty in chewing. I went to see my GP on 28Jun who advised me to see a dentist. Upon consultation with my dentist at Q&M Eunos on 2July, I was diagnosed with temperomandibular disorder.
I informed the wheelock outlet via WhatsApp about my symptoms on 27 and 28 Jun as these effects were not told to me before the treatment. Other than telling me headache and tiredness was expected, there was no further response to my WhatsApp of 28 Jun.
With the diagnosis, I am not prepared to risk further damage to my health. I therefore seek your understanding to give me a full refund of the un-utilised portion of the package that I signed on 25 Jun.
