Before: The occipital bone was compacted due to heavy stress. The forehead was tilted backward. The face was not firm enough and the cheeks were spread apart. The chin line was slacking. After: The occipital bone was relaxed and the forehead was brought down. The upper jawbone was brought closer and cheeks were brought closer under the eyes. The chin line became firm in V shape. The nose became more pronounced.
