Before: The left side of the face was generally larger and more slacking than the right. The client particularly wanted a slimmer chin. After: The whole face was made smaller and more voluminous. Left-right symmetry was restored by 80-90% and the total face size was reduced by 10%, making the whole face more balanced and slimmer.
