Before: The left side of the face was larger and the chin side was larger than the forehead. There was also a lot of flesh on the cheeks and the chin. The client wanted her face to be smaller, more balanced and slimmer. After: The larger left cheek was brought inward in symmetry with the right. Since the chin was also larger and more spread apart on the left side, the left side of the chin was made narrower. The lower jawbone under the ear was lifted up to align the chin line on both sides. Much of the excess flesh on the cheeks and the chin were removed by bone therapy (skin care). As a result, the face became more balanced, smaller and slimmer.
