Before: The right cheek and the right side of the chin were slacking down. The right side appeared larger, the left looked tilted up, and the chin was slanting to the left. After: The slacking cheek and chin were lifted up to correct left-right symmetry. The chin line became symmetrical. The whole face became smaller and more balanced.
