Before: The right lower jawbone was spread apart. Both the lower jawbone and the upper jawbone were slacking down, creating a dull look for the face. After: The spread-apart lower jawbone was brought closer and the slacking upper jawbone was lifted up. The whole face became symmetrical and sculptural.
